
Margaret Henning, Office Manager
Margaret Henning serves as Office Manager at Wellington Steele & Associates and has been with the firm since May of 2011. In her role, Margaret oversees the employee onboarding process, ensuring new team members are set up for success from day one. She plays an important part in maintaining smooth internal operations and supporting the team as the organization continues to grow.
Before joining WS&A, Margaret worked as a Quality Audit Specialist at Chase, where she developed a strong appreciation for accuracy, process integrity, and proper documentation. She brings that same attention to detail to her work each day, helping ensure the company’s processes remain organized and efficient. Margaret values the close-knit culture of the firm and appreciates the family-first mindset that has been a cornerstone of the company since its founding.
Outside of work, Margaret enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially cooking and gathering loved ones around the table to share a meal. She also enjoys quiet moments curled up with a good book, a cup of tea, and a cozy blanket.
