Liz Helves serves as Vice President of Finance & Operations at Wellington Steele & Associates and has been with the firm for 20 years. In her role, Liz oversees all business operations, including financial management and human resources. She works closely with both employees and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the high level of service and professionalism WS&A is known for.

Liz’s career with the firm reflects her steady growth and leadership. She began as an Administrative Assistant, progressed to Office Manager, and expanded her responsibilities over time to oversee all business operations. Her deep institutional knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence make her an integral part of the company’s long-term success. She especially values the collaborative culture at WS&A and the long-standing relationships she has built with colleagues over the years.

A lifelong equestrian, Liz’s first horse was a son of the legendary Secretariat. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and hiking with her dog.
