Kevin Gerken serves as a Partner at Wellington Steele & Associates and is approaching 14 years with the firm. He plays a key role in driving the company’s success, overseeing headhunting efforts, account management, new business development, P&L performance, and recruitment and sales leadership.
Having started his career at another firm before being recruited to WS&A, Kevin credits strong mentorship and hands-on experience for helping him grow into his leadership role. He thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of recruiting and values the relationships he builds with clients and candidates every day.
When he’s not working, Kevin enjoys an active lifestyle — playing hockey, coaching his son’s hockey and baseball teams, snowmobiling, snowboarding, beach volleyball, and hunting. His family also loves spending time together at their cabin in the Tug Hill Region.
