Jim Wiesner serves as Senior Account Executive at Wellington Steele & Associates and joined the firm four months ago. In his role, Jim partners with organizations to solve complex talent challenges by identifying resource gaps and aligning them with highly specialized professionals. He takes a consultative approach, collaborating closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand immediate priorities while anticipating future workforce needs that drive long-term growth and operational efficiency.
With more than 20 years of experience in program consulting and project management, Jim has worked alongside leaders across multiple industries to address complex operational challenges. His background allows him to approach recruiting strategically — focusing not on volume, but on precision. At WS&A, he values the firm’s commitment to serving as a trusted advisor, helping clients think through workforce planning rather than simply filling positions.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys golfing, fishing, sporting clays, and camping with his family. He is also actively involved in various organizations and values time spent with family and friends.
