
Ed Leva, President & Founder
Ed Leva serves as President & Founder of Wellington Steele & Associates, co-founding the firm 25 years ago. Since its inception, Ed has steered the strategic direction and long-term vision of the company, overseeing sales, account management, corporate finance, HR, operations, and training. His leadership has been instrumental in building WS&A into a respected and relationship-driven recruiting firm.
Formally trained at a national recruiting firm, Ed worked in Rochester, Boston, and New York City, where he was mentored by some of the industry’s most revered search executives. He also earned multiple certifications in executive/direct hire search and as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist. While deeply engaged in client relationships, Ed is most passionate about employee leadership development and mentoring, and takes great pride in witnessing the growth and success of both the company and its team.
A graduate of Nazareth University and former collegiate lacrosse player, Ed now serves on the University’s Board of Trustees. He is deeply committed to giving back to the local community through corporate sponsorships, charitable contributions, and volunteer work. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, golfing with friends, attending his daughter’s collegiate dance performances, and cheering on his son at college lacrosse games. As WS&A celebrates its 25th anniversary, Ed looks forward to the next chapter of continued growth and success.
